FF6 Begins... with ??????
FF6, to me, takes what was great about all the prior Final Fantasies and makes them greater. Let's start with our first character.
This is Terra. She's a hot piece of green-haired tail. Note that she's sleeping in some old guy's bed. AND SHE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW WHO HE IS!

Despite the fact that she's easier than FF4, this is actually an important point. The story driven elements of FF4 come back to FF6. Most of the game is actually the epic story of Terra [thought it could be argued that it's actually the epic story of Celes, Sabin, and Edgar] (kind of how the story is about Kain in FF4 and Aeris in FF7).
I've been playing for three minutes and we've got two potential partners. That's what makes this the best (worst) game of the series.

The blogging games people are dropping like flies. The DQ guy is playing Forza and in the midst of moving. The Zelda guy was gone for awhile and now the page is just gone. Apparently a case of "real life" has been going around. Hope you guys just caught a weak version.
